We have a welfare policy that actively ensures the welfare of our front line employees, viz., the Guards, who also enjoy the best facilities in the security industry. Apart from a good pay package, they enjoy the facilities of provident fund, paid leave, subsidized accommodation, insurance coverage for hospitalization, medical expenses etc. A suitable Gratuity Scheme is also in place. Company Hotline are in place for any unresolved grievances and/or complaints.
SERVIQ Solutions Limited arranges a fun-filled day program named “Happy Day” for underprivileged children every year. The main objective of this program is to spread more smiles on the faces of these children and make them feel very special. It us our way of repaying the community by helping those who are less fortunate.
